The Norfolk Residence, set on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, is a testament to the harmonious collaboration between Agushi Group builders and Nathan Burkett Landscape architecture. Botanic Horticulture now maintain this exceptional coastal garden which reflects the integration of natural elements with contemporary design.

The front garden at Norfolk is a captivating scene, with striking native Moonah trees taking pride of place as the focal point. These majestic trees are complemented by mounds of mixed underplanting, featuring a curated selection of Verbena bonariensis, Calamagrostis ‘Karl Foerster’, Euphorbia wulfenii and Stachys byzantina ‘Big Ears’.

The unique exterior of the home, clad in architectural boardform concrete, is complemented by balcony plantings of bay balls with trailing rosemary, creating a blend of modern and natural aesthetics.

The elevated infinity edge pool is a striking feature, mirroring the ocean beyond and providing a serene visual connection to the coastal surroundings. Surrounding the pool is a selection of low plantings including Sedum spectabile, Stachys byzantina, Bay balls and Kalanchoe ‘silver spoons’ interspersed with Sagina ground cover. An advanced cloud olive tree stands as a sculptural piece in this lush garden, adding a touch of elegance and maturity to the space.  The olive is meticulously pruned by our horticulturists to maintain its health and cloud form.

The back garden features a tennis court and a lawn area with mixed planted garden beds and perimeter bay hedging for privacy.

Norfolk Residence exemplifies the synergy of architectural innovation and landscape artistry, creating a coastal retreat that is both luxurious and deeply connected to its natural environment. Botanic Horticulture is privileged to provide the ongoing nurture and maintenance of its grounds.
