Paul brings fifteen years’ horticulture experience. As General Manager, he organises the Botanic Horticulture team and oversees operations to ensure the highest standards of service.
Paul has been instrumental in developing Botanic Horticulture into one of Melbourne’s most prominent and respected Garden Maintenance providers. His competent and dedicated leadership has fostered a strong and inspired team culture with an infectious enthusiasm and commitment to quality.
Carlie plays a key role communicating with clients and ensuring smooth delivery of operations and administration.
She’s constantly raising the bar to exceed clients’ expectations for service. Her friendly approach and outstanding work ethic are admired and relied upon by both team and clients.
Sam holds a Diploma of Landscape Design and a Bachelor of Environmental Management. Bringing a decade’s horticulture experience, he’s worked throughout the UK, NSW and Victoria, and within the show gardens of the internationally renowned Chelsea Flower Show.
As Team Leader, he manages projects while offering his expertise and guidance to his team ensuring clients receive the best level of garden care and attention.
Ruth brings several years’ horticulture experience working as a Park Ranger for Parks Victoria as well as providing garden maintenance services for private gardens across Victoria.
With a love for plant composition, Ruth has an eye for detail, maintaining and nurturing the gardens within her care to a meticulous standard.
A Team Leader for over six years, Jamie’s artisan pruning techniques have led him to become the ‘Hedge Wizard’ of Botanic Horticulture.
Horticulture is not only Jamie’s chosen career path, but his passion and favourite thing to do. He loves transforming gardens into a personal haven that reflect his client’s values and tastes. A space they feel comfortable and proud to show friends and family.
Prior to Botanic Horticulture, Michael worked within a community environment park in Brunswick East for several years, designing and building native and edible gardens, and delivering sustainable land care works.
He’s Botanic Horticulture’s exceptional all-rounder; creating and maintaining unique personalised outdoor spaces and gardens, which clients can enjoy all year round.
